use excel templates with care

Wavefunction is wondering about some strange deviations published about drugs binding to a protein target. I commented, with a story about strange luciferase results when normalized with protein content. When someone gives you an excel template for calculations, and you just copy your raw data and get the results without wondering about your raw data, you are not, no more, a scientist. You are just a bad excel plugin.
